PILATES COURSES
The Pilates method has “body control” as its main objective. Through specific free body exercises it is possible to learn to work with your body in an efficient and balanced way, eliminating incorrect motor patterns and finding balance between muscle groups.
Pilates is divided into various levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.
Basic: it is necessary to acquire the fundamental principles of the discipline, become aware of your body and approach the Pilates method correctly and consciously. The first level practice is recommended for those who are unfamiliar with the Pilates method or who have only had a simple approach to it.
Intermediate: to be able to practice this level it is essential to master the principles of the basic level, which are fundamental to perform the exercises with greater intensity and awareness. The intermediate level is recommended for those who already have experience with the basic level.
Advanced: focuses on intense exercises and rhythms, aimed at deep muscular work and improving body stability and control even on unstable surfaces. Advanced lessons require a solid knowledge of the fundamental basic and intermediate exercises to access this phase.
